Seed Oils:

Blueberry Seed Oil Rich in essential fatty acids and phytonutrients, including omega 3 fatty acid, high in Vitamin A, B complex, C and E. Effectively moisturize and improve skin elasticity, reduces wrinkles, dryness and skin lines. It is regenerating skin cells 

Camellia Seed Oil - Camellia seed oil is typically used sparingly, and it is helpful for improving the appearance and texture of skin. It may also be used as an ingredient in facial serums or as a hair and scalp moisturizer, and can be helpful to smooth occasional dry patches and skin irritations. 

Helio Carrot Root Oil - Made by cold pressing carrot seeds, carrot seed oil is used in cosmetics for anti-aging properties in skin care. Carrot seed essential oil has shown antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Carrot seed oil is one of the most powerful natural retinol alternatives as it is naturally rich in beta-carotene (provitamin A), both of which are effective antioxidants that help your skin look its best.Used topically in skin care and in massages, Pomegranate Carrier Oil boosts collagen production, enhances skin elasticity, reduces the appearance of scarring, promotes the reversal of skin damage, and leaves lasting moisture without leaving a greasy residue or clogging pores.

Safflower Seed Oil- While it may seem counterproductive to apply oil to acne, safflower oil is found to be non comedogenic, meaning it won't clog your pores. Its anti-inflammatory effects may also be potentially helpful in treating pimples and acne spots. It may also help unclog your pores when used a few times per week.

Seabuckthorn Seed Oil - Promotes skin hydration, elasticity, cell regeneration, and even helps treat and prevent acne. Sea Buckthorn oil has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce swelling and redness associated with many skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis and rosacea.

Orchid Oil/ Extract - Orchid oil is packed with magnesium, calcium and zinc, three minerals essential to your skins health. These minerals boost hydration, even skin tone, improve collagen health, and help skin cells regenerate. Orchid also contains mucilages, plant-based jellies that hydrate the skin’s deepest layers. According to Cassola and colleagues, mucilage helps moisture bind to the skin and improves the skin’s ability to absorb moisture.

Lemon Seed Oil - the rich Omega Oil, Vitamin and Mineral content makes Lemon Seed very useful for the skin. It helps skin retain moisture and is ideal for treating irritated skin. Excellent for use on sensitive skin. Lemon Seed is intensely moisturising and penetrates the hair shaft, helping to give dry hair moisturisation and renew vitality.

Lime Seed Oil - Lime Seed Oil has the ability to hydrate the skin but not leave an oily residue - leaving your skin looking fresh and clean.

 Saffron Oil - Applying or using saffron oil for your skin in any form can help you get a toned, healthy and glowing skin. The antioxidant properties of this oil fight free radicals and stop them from causing any damage to your skin. It also helps you unclog skin pores and removes blackheads.

Chia Seed Oil- Chia seed oil is rich in the omega-3 fatty acid ALA and omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid. These two healthy fats have been shown to help restore the skin's moisture barrier, especially in those with dry skin conditions, such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis

Fenugreek Oil- fenugreek oil works as an antioxidant, so it helps fight acne and is even used on the skin to support wound healing. The oil also has powerful anti-inflammatory compounds that can soothe the skin and relieve breakouts or skin irritations.

Kalahari Melon Seed Oil- Plumping: Kalahari melon seed oil can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, reduce puffiness, and lead to tighter looking skin thanks to its rich content of essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Clinical trials also highlight its skin-softening and anti-ageing properties.

Papaya Seed Oil - aids in the relief of itchy, scaly, irritated skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. It also contains a significant amount of Vitamin C. Vitamin C can help combat wrinkles, blotches, large pores, acne, dark spots and other skin blemishes.

 

Additional Ingredients:

Hyaluronic Acid Hyaluronic Acid helps reduce the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles retaining moisture to the skin, creating a plumping effect. When the skin is protected and hydrated, increased skin cell production can take place, as the skin isn't busy fighting for hydration. This leads to smoother, plumper skin cells.

L-Ascorbic Acid - L-ascorbic acid, however, is the purest, most potent, and only form of topical vitamin C that can fully be absorbed by the skin. Once L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is applied to the skin it is immediately absorbed, cannot be washed off, and will remain in the skin for up to 72 hours. Niaminicide - Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 found in foods like whole grains and certain greens. supports the skin barrier (the outer surface of skin), increases its resiliency, and improves texture by making pores look smaller. It also helps balance oil production. An additional bonus is that it works on all skin types. It works with almost everything so you can layer your serums with niacinamide in them into any part of your skincare routine. 

Leucidal Liquid - is effective at preventing the growth of bacteria and fungi, including yeast and mold, making it the perfect addition to any formulation. It is accepted by ECOcert as an ingredient in certified organic cosmetics. It is also on Whole Foods Acceptable Premium Preservative List. For many cosmetic formulations Leucidal® Liquid can function as a natural alternative to synthetic preservatives.

Xanthan Gum - Even in concentrations of less than one per cent, xanthan gum has the ability to notably increase the viscosity of liquids it is added to for optimal texture. Similarly, it has the ability to bind other skin ingredients together, as well as being used in oil-and-water emulsions to keep the two phases separate.

Vegetable Glycerin- Glycerin is a humectant, or hygroscopic in nature. Humectants attract moisture from the epidermis and the environment to the surface layers of the skin. Apart from moisturizing, it also has cleansing, lubricating and soothing properties. Our Glycerin is suitable to use for hair, body, face and nail care.

Vitamin E (tocopherol) -  Tocopherol (Vitamin E) is known as an antioxidant superhero that provides awesome protection for your skin when included in body care products. (This shouldn't be terribly surprising, since tocopherols make up 96% of your skin's natural antioxidant defense system!

Vitamin K - thanks to its collagen-promoting and wound-healing capabilities, vitamin K could promote a smoother, more youthful glow. Applied topically, it also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, counteracting both inflammation and free radicals (both of which promote aging). 

Herbal/ Flower Ingredients:

Aloe Vera - Aloe vera is a wonder plant that has been delivering results for thousands of years. For example, many people claim that it has helped them with acne, burns, dry skin, psoriasis, and dandruff. The gel from aloe vera can also be applied to the skin to keep wrinkles and lines from settling in too deeply. 

Rose Hydrosol - Rose Hydrosol is wonderful in homemade skin care products. It can be used by itself as a toner, used to moisten a mask, or used in place of water in lotions or cosmetics recipes. Rosewater stimulates the skin, heightening the blood flow.

Wild Beach Roses- Wild Rose is one of the best ingredients found in skincare. It helps you achieve a fresh and youthful glow! Known for its calming properties for sensitive and mature skin, its calming abilities are sought after the world over.  As it is a natural source of vitamin C, wild rose has significant repairing action on fine lines and pigmentation disorders. It improves the skin by stimulating production of collagen. Gentle enough for the most sensitive skin types and wonderful for dehydrated, dry, mature and menopausal skin. Wild Rose calms skin irritations, improves overall hydration and lessens the appearance of scars and fine lines. Rosehips are anti-inflammatory and are a potent source of antioxidants for food and cosmetics. Rosehip oil is one of the most coveted ingredients in skincare.

Garden Sage - Rich in antioxidants, astringent properties, and antibacterial qualities, sage leaves are ideal for oily, wrinkled, or saggy skin. These leaves will primarily clean and restore elasticity to your skin.

Rosemary - With its powerful disinfectant and antibiotic properties, the herb can help to treat acne and oily skin conditions. When massaged into the face, rosemary oil can help lighten dark spots and blemishes on the skin resulting in an improved skin complexion.

**(Peony Root -) Peony Root Extract) is a natural antioxidant known to help boost skin clarity. Over time, the appearance of our complexion diminishes—age spots increase and the production of natural oils decreases making skin visibly duller and drier.

Horsetail - Along with the antioxidant benefits of anti-ageing, and the anti-inflammatory benefits for acne and irritation, horsetail extract has other skin benefits. When applied to the skin, it can help heal rashes, burns and wounds thanks to its antibacterial and antimicrobial properties

Blueberry Extract - Blueberry fruit extract is a natural ingredient that is used for its potent antioxidant and skin-conditioning benefits. Cherry Extract - Cherry extract is, in fact, an incredibly potent antioxidant that helps your skin defend itself against environmental aggressors whilst calming any inflammation. Plus, black cherries are rich in vitamin C, which is our favourite brightening ingredient.

Eyebright Herbal Extract - The natural astringent, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and antioxidant benefits of the Eyebright Extract help to protect skin against premature aging by reducing fine lines and wrinkles, calming inflammation and reducing swelling on the skin and around the eyes.

Goji Berry ExtractHelps reduce wrinkles and signs of aging. Protects against environmental damage and UV rays. Evens out skin tone and reduce hyperpigmentation. Promotes collagen production for youthful, elastic skin. Helps skin remain moisture.

Green Coffee Extract - Fights wrinkles - Since green coffee extract skin care contains antioxidants, these ingredients work to eliminate free radicals that can cause fine lines, creating smoother, firmer, younger-looking skin

Grape Seed Extract - Grape seed extract has the ability to release endothelial growth factor and its topical application results in contraction and closure of the skin wound. Furthermore, it possesses antioxidant and antibacterial properties.

Hibiscus Extract- The flowers of the Hibiscus have antioxidant properties and inhibit elastin degradation, helping to maintain the skin's elasticity and thereby offering anti-aging effects. Hibiscus Extract is useful for formulations targeting skin tone, anti-aging, anti-cellulite and firming products.

Kangaroo Flower Extract - Botanical extracts from this plant powerhouse work to strengthen the skin's barrier and repair the links between your skin cells. By protecting your skin from external aggressors (like pollution), it helps your skin to regenerate much more quickly and effectively.

Kakadu Plum Extract- Kakadu Plum is a powerhouse of Vitamin C. It contains up to 5,000 mg of vitamin C per 100 gm as compared to 50mg per 100 gm for oranges. Vitamin C is also crucial for collagen production which improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and helps our skin slow down the aging process. Kakadu Plum benefits by improving skin elasticity which further helps reduce signs of aging.

Kiwi Extract - It helps in collagen formation and rich in antioxidants. The black seeds of kiwi contain fatty acids omega 3 oils which is great for the skin too. Plankton Extract - Plankton Extract can protect, repair, and replenish the complexion. It has been shown to help prevent — and possibly reverse — the breakdown of the skin caused by photoaging. Over time, sun damage can cause skin to develop uneven pigmentation, form fine lines, and lose elasticity and fullness. It may also help reduce acne, since it can cleanse your skin of excess oil. However, witch hazel should not be used by people with dry or extremely sensitive skin since it can cause irritation
